Purchased two face masks and some spare filters. Paid almost £10 for a pack of 10 filters. Just purchased the same filters from EBay at 50 for £8.95. Cannot believe a company would take advantage of a Pandemic to rip customers off.
i have bought ram stick which has the same part no as my existing ram working with my pc ,it dosnt work and they are very difficult with returning order,even there is clear info next to price about free uk returns.Update:returning proccess after they accept it was easy and quick, refund was issued

Product arrived promptly and well packaged. The product itself is very robust and easy to use and the price was very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending My Memory as the buying experience was first class.
Faulty item, now I'm being inconvenienced with rectifying the situation; PayPal dealing with it...
Ordered 128gb stick 32gb received.Returned but still no word on replacement 2 weeks later.

Very bad. I ordered from their irish website in believing that they are Irish company to avoid delay in delivery to relize after the order been place that this is in fact Jersey Island based company. Ordered 25.3 ssd by 8.4 order still not received and on top of it I cant track the parcel as it was send by normal post I quess. So Irish customers be aware that the delivery times from their Switzerland warhouse to Ireland from mymemory.ie are estimated between 9-15 working days.What a joke!Update:Got replay that they do not refund after 15 working days as they will wait 28 days before they consider the parcel lost!! So I believe that the EU customers protection( you can cancel order withing 14 days of purchase) doesnt apply here!!
Unfortunately I wasn't able to give my grandson his Christmas gifts until 4th April due to covid and as he lives in Portsmouth we were unable to travel. Alas I purchased the wrong game for him and after emailing My Memory l had a lovely person called Angel get back to me and she was so helpful and very pleasant and soon sorted everything out for me, thank you ?
Always use MyMemory to obtain SD Cards etc., and this last Christmas took advantage of an offer on some earbuds for my son. They worked fine until this week when the charging box failed, however Angel from MyMemory CS Team was brilliant, offering to exchange them without question. Great customer service
Keep asking for item or refund they dont want to know after 6 weeks items dont come from UK.
Easy website to navigate and use. Good selection of products. Very quick deliveries. Will use again.
I have used this company on several occasions & found their micro sd card good for the price.
